Programme for the Issuance of Guaranteed Debt Instruments (each Tranche being unconditionally and irrevocablyguaranteed either by the Federal State of Lower Saxony or the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt)
Under this EUR 20,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments NORD/LB G-MTN S.A. (alsoreferred to as “Issuer”) may from time to time issue German law governed guaranteed bearer instruments (the “Instruments”)
each denominated in any currency (subject always to compliance with all legal and/or regulatory requirements) as agreed between the Issuer and the relevant dealers as defined below.
